Q: Can I book multiple sessions in advance but pay before or after the lesson?

A: You can book multiple sessions in advance but you must pay at the time of booking. There will be no exceptions.

Q: Do I need to reach out to you separately if I cancel or reschedule my appointment?

A: No. If you want to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you can do so by clicking the "Change/Cancel Appointment" from the appointment confirmation email. Once you make a change to your appointment, I will be sent an email notification.

Q: What is your cancellation/rescheduling policy? 

A: The policy can be found when you are scheduling an appointment. You must agree to these terms prior to booking your session.

Cancellation 2+ weeks prior to the scheduled date: You will be eligible for a full refund.

Cancellation/rescheduling between 5-13 days prior to the scheduled date: You will receive a credit to reschedule your session.

Cancellation and/or rescheduling within 3 days of the scheduled date: Unfortunately, refunds or credits cannot be provided in this case, as it becomes challenging to fill the vacant slot within such a short notice.

Q: I want to schedule a semi-private or small group of 3-4. How do I make sure it's with the people I'm coordinating with?

A: You will need to coordinate with the players in your group's sessions to book at the same time. If you do not book at the same time, you risk losing that spot to a player outside of your coordinated group. If the additional players in your group do not sign up within 24 hours, the system will automatically cancel your session.

Q: I signed up for a semi-private but have not coordinated with another player to join.

A: You can only sign up for a semi-private or group of 3-4 players if you have coordinated with your group in advance. This will alleviate any conflict with age and/or level differences in the players. If the system recognizes that another player(s) have not joined your semi or group session, it will automatically cancel your session. 

Q: I would like to make a modification to the session I've booked. 

A: If you would like to make a modification to the appointment type, you will need to cancel that session to create a new appointment.
